We acquired a freehold commercial unit with offices/storage on the upper levels let to international telecoms company, Three. Through proactive management of the asset, we negotiated the surrender of the upper floors, which we subsequently converted into four residential flats through planning. The conversion was completed by our in-house build team and project managers, leading to a substantial increase in market value.
Single residential to HMO
House Conversion to HMO
A freehold three bed mid-terrace house was converted into a six bedroom all en-suite HMO through loft conversion and rear extension through PDR. Our in-house projects team designed the scheme to maximise bedroom and amenity space to increase rentability. The project was completed and fully let within 6 months.

Our client approached us seeking advice on adding value to their existing residential property, with a view to sell it in the future. Our project management team assessed the site, the client's budget and also local supply and demand dynamics.
